I bought this woofer through another online retailer that actually gave me this sub,because the other 1 I ordered discontinued because it was the older model previous to this,after my buddy built a custom ported enclosure to fit in my worktruck we hooked this lil badboy up to a 440 rms at 2 ohms,and i gotta say, WE WERE SHOCKED! , not only did this woofer pound on 440 watts rms with the gain turned down halfway,but it sounded even better and deeper after break in of course:),I listen to a lot of different music,old school rock,heavy metal,rap,and country too,and this sub sounds awesome for any type of music you prefer,hits good sq no matter what kind of music you wanna feed it,Ive had kicker,rockford fosgate etc, but for the price and sound quality you get from re audio,I doubt if you could get a sub of this quality for under 150 bucks...,so Im now buying another 1 here at woofers etc,and I am gonna feed both of them with a 1000 watt cea compiant mono amp with a new tuned enclosure:)
