Description

Building on the legacy of the original E8 the v.2 model takes it a step further. The spider diameter increases a full 10mm compared to the original and features the same triple joint support ring as the larger E series to ensure mechanical longevity. The voice coil is the same size as the larger E-10/12/15 woofers and is mated to a unique, optimized voice coil ventilation system consisted of a vented coil former and heavily flared pole vent. All of these features work in combination to ensure years of reliable operation from the E8 v.2 line.

It is especially critical with our 8" woofers to follow our enclosure guidelines! DO NOT use the E8 v.2 in enclosures larger than we suggest. It has an extremely powerful motor and does not require or work well in large enclosures!
