It's a straightforward swap for your BMW's factory sub, and Morel's DirectFit design with supplied mounting brackets and factory wire connections makes installation go smoothly. The sub's 2-ohm impedance makes it highly efficient when used with your BMW's factory amplification and its Uniflow™ chassis helps eliminate distortion for clean performance.

The IP-BMWSUB82 is a direct replacement for the factory under-seat subwoofers in select BMW models. In most cases, the new sub has the same screw hole pattern as the factory sub and is a perfect fit, but there are a few instances where the factory sub was glued in place and new screw holes need to be drilled in the plastic factory enclosure.
