Avoid charging past the max voltage of your lithium battery. The Retro has a max of 14.8v for example and the battery will discharge a small amount of power every hour once the charging is done and end at its resting voltage of 13.3-13.4. Leaving this battery charger connected for a long period of time will cause damage and shorten the life span of the battery.
