Sundown Audio SAZ-1000D 1000W 1-Channel Monoblock Amplifier

The SAZ-1000D is Sundown's most compact Class-D amplifier and can fit almost anywhere. Don't let the small size fool you as this amplifier packs 1000-watts RMS into a tiny package only 11.5 inches long.  "1000 watt" amps are a dime a dozen, so what's the differene between them all?  For starters, Sundown amps aren't tested on "musical" or "dynamic" output, which only measures the amp's ability to output bursts of RMS power.  All Sundown amps are "Load tested" which means they're forced to produce rated power against a constant resistance, without exceeding their temperature or distortion target.  The result is a surplus of high quality power that'll keep your subs happy, whole those other amps are heating up and clipping.
