Do you ship to international countries?
Yes, we do ship to international destinations!  Destinations restricted by each country's respective governments or by the United States Postal Service (USPS) are not available to ship to directly.  These countries include (but may not be limited to): Somali Democratic Republic (Somalia), Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea) and Venezuela.  Please note that certain products may be restricted by a country's customs agency for clearance.  For shipping to these countries, customers may want to consider using a freight forwarder that will forward your package from a shipping location in the United States.
How much does it cost to ship to my location?
Shipping costs will vary depending on the shipping method selected.  Federal Express (FedEx) and the United States Postal Service (USPS) offer WoofersEtc heavily discounted rates due to the large volume of international shipments daily.  As a international customer, you will enjoy these low shipping rates on any order, large or small!

Are there customs/duties/tariff fees?
All products ordered are subject to customs and other duties unless otherwise specified by a country's customs agency.  Some countries, such as Hong Kong, do not require customs fees.  Some provinces or regions may levy a separate tariff depending on the item you purchase.  Please inquire with your local customs office for more details. 
What shipping methods do you use?
For international orders, we use FedEx Express International (Priority and Economy) and USPS Priority and Express Mail International.  Please note that FedEx Express International may not be available for some international countries.  The list of countries available for FedEx Express International include (but are not limited to): Canada, Australia, Hong Kong and Singapore.
What payment method can I use for international orders?
All international orders can be paid with PayPal, bank wire transfer or Western Union.  Additionally, customers in Canada may pay with credit card.  Please note that we do not accept international credit cards from any other country.
When will my order arrive?
Shipping transit time may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected.  Most international orders shipped with USPS Priority Mail International may take 2-4 weeks.  Orders shipped with USPS Express Mail International may take 1-3 weeks.  Orders shipped with FedEx Express International Priority or Economy may take as quickly as 4 business days to 1 week.  Popular shipping destinations such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand and the United Kingdom may have faster transit times.
