The M6 (cast alloy frame) has a more massive voice coil than typical bass/midrange and leans toward the bass in the sound compared to the standard high-end mid drivers. The upper midrange is somewhat mellower than standard high-end mids which creates a very very smooth and balanced non-fatiguing sound with an extension in the bass region never heard of before from a 6.5 mid driver. M6 is designed to handle about double the power compared to any industry standard high-end 6.5 mid-woofer. 150 Watt RMS 300 Watt Peak.
