A. Product Guarantee:

WoofersEtc.com Guarantees every product listed on this site to be 100% Brand New, A-Stock product unless clearly specified otherwise.

B. Copyright:

Furthermore WoofersEtc.com uses these ideas, images and information as "fair trade" and does not assume responsibility for their use.

C. Warranty:

Each and every product for sale on this site is covered under a Full One Year Warranty, and can be returned for a period of one year for warranty service. If you have purchased a product from us within the last year, and it is failing to perform as intended by its manufacturer, please give our Customer Service Team a call. You will be issued a Return Authorization Number. Returns will not be accepted without a previously issued RA#.

D. Sales Tax:

No Sales Tax will be charged for US orders in any of the 49 states, excluding California. CA residents will pay the standard 9.75% sales tax rate, which is mandated by law.

E. Abuse, Misuse, or Installation Error:

WoofersEtc.com Guarantees that every product we carry is covered under a full 1 year warranty. However, neither WoofersEtc.com nor any manufacturer will warranty their products against abuse, misuse or installation error. Examples of which include, but are not limited to: burned voice coils, punctured or damaged surrounds or speaker cones, broken speaker terminals, non-factory modifications, products used for unintended purposes, stress or trauma caused to product via misuse, broken, wet or burned circuit boards. In order to prevent such cases, WoofersEtc.com strongly suggests that all car audio equipment is professionally installed by certified installers. WoofersEtc.com will not be held responsible for incidental loss of use, installation or removal, reinstallation or shipping charges associated with defective or returned products.

F. Limit of Liability:

WoofersEtc.com is not responsible for any claims or specifications which manufacturers may publish regarding their products.

G. Errors and Omissions:
