A. WoofersEtc.com Keeps a Huge inventory of products in stock, in order to ensure your order ships immediately. In fact, 85% of our orders ship within 24 hours.

B. Most orders are shipped via UPS ground. Express shipping i.e. UPS 3-Day, 2-Day and Overnight methods are also available. Please contact our Customer Service Team for an accurate shipping rate, if express shipping is desired.

C. Ordinarily UPS Tracking Numbers are emailed within 24 Hours of Order Completion.

E. Because of the Extremely large volume of product that WoofersEtc.com moves, from time to time, products may sell out. While this is unusual, WoofersEtc.com has a reliable network of warehouses across the country to fulfill orders. If a product is out of stock, or is backordered from the manufacturer, you will be contacted immediately with the Estimated Arrival Date of the product, or with available options.

F. Canadian Orders: WoofersEtc.com Welcomes Canadian consumers and offers them all the benefits and services available to our American customers. Orders shipped to Canada even enjoy the lowest possible shipping rate available from the US.

G. Hawaiian and Alaskan Orders: Consumers are welcome to place orders online or by telephone. Orders shipped to these two states will be shipped via UPS 3-Day Air. For exact shipping rates, please contact our Customer Service Team.

H. Shipping Damage: For your Peace of Mind, all orders are shipped insured against damage. If your product is received damaged, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.

I. APO/FPO Military Orders: WoofersEtc.com Staff and Management are honored by the opportunity to extend our services to the men and women serving our country at APO and FPO bases, both domestic and International. All military orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail. Please contact our Customer Service Team for exact shipping rates.

J. International Orders: International Orders are welcome. However, WoofersEtc.com does not currently charge International credit cards. Orders being shipped outside of the US and Canada must be prepaid with Cashier's Check, Money Order, or a Bank Wire. Please contact our Customer Service Team for exact shipping rates, and eligibility. Most international orders are shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel Post unless otherwise requested. K. In the event that a customer outside of the continental US needs to return a product for warranty. If the warranted product is being shipped outside the continental US the customer will be responsible for shipping both to and from the warranty establishment.
