Description:

This system amplifier is an amazing feat of engineering and packaging efficiency. Inside the HD900/5's diminutive chassis is a 500 watt subwoofer amplifier PLUS a 400 watt four-channel amplifier. This effectively matches the performance of the best-selling amplifier combination of all time (the JL Audio 500/1 and 300/4), but it does so in less than a third of the space!

The HD900/5 can be used as a five-channel, full-system amplifier driving front and rear speaker systems with 100W x 4, plus a subwoofer with 500W. It can also be operated as a very powerful three-channel amplifier, with 150W x 2 (main channels at 4 ohms) to the main speakers, plus 500W to a subwoofer. A comprehensive signal processing section includes variable slope crossovers, an infrasonic filter and a port for a remote subwoofer level control.
