Clarion's CCA691 cable connects your iPod to their VRX375USB, VRX575USB, and VRX585USB DVD receivers. The cable allows you to listen to your iPod music files while driving and view your iPod video files when you're parked, while keeping your iPod charged.

You'll enjoy touchscreen control from your receiver over your iPod's music playback, while the receiver displays the title, genre, and artist information stored on your iPod. Video functions must be accessed from your iPod's controls.

Overview: The Clarion CCA-691-600 iPod adapter cable allows you to play back audio and video from select Apple iPods on select Clarion Multimedia headunits (VRX575USB, VRX585USB, and VRX385USB). When connected to the CCA-691-600 iPod adapter cable, these units will display Podcast titles, Artist names, Album titles, Song titles, Genre names, Playlist titles, and Composer names registered on your iPod. The iPod adapter cable allows you to control audio functions of your iPod from your compatible Clarion Multimedia headunit, but video functions must be operated from your iPod's controls. This cable will also charge your iPod while connected to your compatible Clarion headunit.

iPod Compatibility: The Clarion CCA-691-600 cable supports 3rd generation and up Apple iPods as well as iPod mini and nano with dock connector.
