The SPX-17PRO system includes two 6-3/4" woofers, two 1-1/4" ring radiator tweeters, and two outboard crossover networks. The woofer's hybrid glass fiber cone uses a unique cross-ribbed design that increases stiffness and controls resonance, contributing to the speaker's exceptional clarity. A Natural Butyl Rubber surround provides a solid suspension for the woofer cone, while the cast aluminum frame eliminates flexing and unwanted vibrations.
