TITANIUM DOME
Titanium was initially developed for the aerospace industry because of its superior strength-to-weight-ratio. It is at the same time both very light and very strong. As a material for tweeter dome application, titanium is ideal only if properly engineered. MB Quart has nearly perfected the use of titanium over the past 25 years. The new, smaller 13 mm Discus tweeter domes provide a smooth frequency response and extended bandwidth in a very small package.

POLYPROPYLENE CONES
The cones of the bass and mid-range drivers are made of a special mineral-based polypropylene. This material is far superior to a conventional paper cone. This applies to both its acoustical properties and its resistance to humidity, temperature fluctuations and UV radiation. The result is pure listening pleasure, year after year.
